Caddo Sheriff Henry Whitehorn Sr. announced the promotion of two employees during a ceremony held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 4.

The following promotions were made:

- ***Lieutenant in Investigations***: Christopher Daniel
- ***Lieutenant in Investigations***: Doug Smith
