The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is warning local residents about a man soliciting money door-to-door in the Dixie Gardens area, claiming he will perform work on their homes.

This man asks for payment up front to buy supplies, but never returns after collecting the money. He has reportedly scammed multiple individuals in the Dixie Gardens area, taking more than $2,900 from them.
